Proposals and Agreements
- All professional engagements are subject to a formal written Proposal or Service Agreement detailing scope, deliverables, and fees.
- Commencement of work is contingent upon written acceptance and receipt of any required initial payment.
- Any variations to scope, timeline, or fees must be confirmed in writing by both parties.
- Verbal discussions are for guidance only and are not contractually binding unless formalised in writing.
- All proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely information, access, and approvals necessary to deliver the agreed services.
- Warrant that all supplied materials comply with applicable laws and do not infringe third-party rights.
- Delays resulting from missing information or late approvals may result in an adjustment of project deadlines — this will be communicated in writing.
Payments and Fees
